Health Economic Analysis Instructions

Can you please run a Cost-Effectiveness Analysis for the following comparisons, the results of the original outcome analysis is attached, so please I need 6 Cost-effectiveness analysis based on the UK costs.

The aim of the analysis is to see which type of intervention is more cost-effective for patients with Critical Limb Ischemia (below knee ischemia), those patients can be treated with different strategies, and I need to know which one is more cost-effective. The Kaplan-Meier curves are still missing from the original analysis, I am not sure if you can extrapolate the results from the attached original data sheet and further available analysis.

The 6 analysis are (sheet of raw data is attached for consideration)
1. Angioplasty and Surgery (overall)… this is pooled analysis, all studies
2. Diabetics and non-diabtics underoing surgical revascularization for their limb ischemia
3. Angioplasty and surgery (these are the RCT studies only)
4. Balloon angioplasty and BMS (bare metal stents)
5. BMS and SES (serolimus eluting stents) .. pooled analysis
6. BMS and SES (sirolimus eluting stents)… only RCT studies

After running the analysis, the chapter structure will be as follows

Introduction
This should review the literature on other cost effectiveness analysis done in the area of critical limb ischemia, and which type of treatment has shown to date to be most cost-effective in different patients’ category (i.e. diabetics, patients with hypertension, etc…..) as each treatment might be more cost-effective in different patient category.

Methods
This will include the methods that you followed to produce the data and analysis together with the health economic model used and the software program used to produce results
Results
This include the results of the analysis and together with its interpretation

Discussion
This will include the interpretation of the results to the literature; in the discussion, I need 6 subtitles, one for each analysis with its correlate to the literature
